May is #MeditationMonth

We’re kicking off Meditation Month with a #MeditationMonth challenge!

Encourage yourself to create a regular routine.

You’ll not only feel the benefits that come with practice - think: boosted productivity, better sleep and less stress - but you’ll also be in the running to win packages of unlimited sessions to keep it up.

TO START: Fill out this form and visit the studio to pick up your checklist.


  • Pick up a #MeditationMonth Challenge Checklist from the front desk to track your progress. Hold onto the card because we’ll use it to track your points… make sure to have the front desk initial it on your way out
  • To qualify, complete 3 sessions per week (or 12 sessions total) between May 1-31st
  • Each time you complete a session or bonus challenge, you earn a point
  • At the end of the month, the top three guests with the most points will receive prizes


  • Complete the required minimum of 12 sessions during the month of May

Earn bonus points by:

  • Completing more than 12 sessions
  • Completing sessions in the INSCAPE app
  • Bringing friends who are new to INSCAPE
  • Sharing photos from the studio (+ tag @INSCAPE #MeditationMonth)
  • Making purchases from our selection of gifts

  • 3rd Place: 2 Weeks Unlimited Sessions
