Shipping Policy

All orders ship from New York City and you will receive a shipment notification when your package has been sent.

Shipping Rates:

Orders of $50+ qualify for free, standard shipping.

Standard shipping for orders under $50 is a flat rate of $8. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed.
Expedited shipping (2-day) for any size order is a flat rate of $18. Please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be processed.

We currently only ship domestically within the United States.

Studio Pick Up
In store pick up from our Flatiron studio is available for our New York customers.

Orders placed between 10 AM and 3 PM Monday-Friday will be ready within 3 hours, orders made after 3 PM will be ready for pick up at 12 PM the following business day. Orders placed Saturday or Sunday will be ready at 12 PM the following Monday. Please check for daily studio hours.

A valid photo ID matching the credit card used to purchase must be shown at pick up. Please have your confirmation number handy. Please pick up your order within one week of purchasing.


Returns Policy


Returns of unused products with their original packaging are accepted up to 21 days placement of order. The return fee has a flat rate of $8. To process a return, please send an email to with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Product(s) you are returning
  • Reason for Return
  • If the item was received damaged, please include a photo.

We will review the claim with in 1 business day. Once approved by our team, an electronic return label will be generated and sent to you via the email on file. When the return has been received by our team, a refund will be issued to the payment method used, less the cost of return shipping. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 days to process.

Please note, certain items are final sale (as indicated on the product's page) and will only be accepted if received damaged or defective.

In Store Returns

To return items in person at our Flatiron location, please first contact us at with the above information. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted. 


We are unable to generate an exchange for online orders. If you would like to purchase a different item, please request a return for the original and place a new order.

Damaged Items

Packages may get mangled during the shipping process. If you receive an item broken, please contact us at and include a picture so we can assess the damage. If the item you receive is defective, please give us a detailed description of the issue.

Promotional Codes

Discounts from qualifying promo codes will be deducted at check out. Refunds will be issued in the amount paid at checkout. We are not able to honor previously used or expired promo codes. 

Discounts may not be used towards the purchase of gift cards.

Online and in studio promotions may differ and are only applicable to the issuing channel.
