Virtual Meditation classes for corporations started to become in demand as a response to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. As many companies required their employees to work remotely, they started to seek solutions to keep their employees healthy both mentally and physically. Now, virtual Meditation classes have been widely accepted as a means to support their employees’ well-being.
Employees are possibly facing higher levels of stress and anxiety than at any previous time in history. Stress and anxiety have dramatically increased in the workforce due to job insecurity, fears about the economy, fears about health issues, and a general uncertainty about the future. Stress is nothing new in the workplace. However, these high levels of stress are leading to an increase in anxiety and panic attacks. These negative mental states are generally caused by fear.
Mindfulness Meditation classes are tools that employees can use to calm their minds and calm their fears. By meditating on a daily basis, employees learn how to stop gravitating toward worst-case scenarios and live in the present moment. They develop positive thought patterns and learn that they have the power to left go of negative thoughts.
Our virtual Meditation classes are taught via the platform that you prefer. Zoom is our preferred platform because of its ability to allow us to stream soothing music in the background of our guided meditation. However, we also use Microsoft Teams and Google Meet quite frequently. But we are happy to provide Meditation classes on any platform that you wish. Employees can connect with these classes via desktop computers, laptops, tablets, smartphones, and landlines. Some classes are taught via video while others are audio only. The length of each class is typically 30, 45, or 60 minutes long.
In an effort to support the participants in these classes, we can record the audio of these classes (with the permission of the organization) and give the recording to the organization. These recordings are invaluable tools that allow the participants to continue meditating whenever, and wherever, they wish.
The fees for our virtual Meditation classes are determined based on the length of the class (i.e. 30, 45, or 60 minutes), how many people will be participating, and the number of classes we will be teaching (e.g. one class, once each week, twice each week, etc.). As a general guideline, our corporate virtual Meditation and mindfulness classes cost between $300 and $600 per class.
Below, we have listed two of our most popular classes. To request a class other than our currently offered classes, or to send us your questions, please fill out and submit the form at the bottom of this page.
INSCAPE offers virtual Meditation and Mindfulness classes to employees as 30, 45, and 60-minute classes on the platform of your choice. Our classes are offered via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Our programs typically consist of 1-2 classes per week. These classes start with 2 Intro to Meditation classes. Once employees learn how to meditate, they can use this new tool whenever they wish. After the Intro classes, we then lead meditations with different themes. These themes allow every employee to address different challenges they are facing. For example, one employee may find it difficult to focus on her/his projects while another employee is so stressed, they are having problems sleeping at night. Some of these themes include:

INSCAPE provides a unique style of Meditation that is based on Mindfulness. In addition to Mindfulness, our guided meditations include small components of traditional Meditation and Vipassana to allow employees to address the challenges that they are facing. All of our meditations are non-religious and are intended for corporate environments. We focus on providing experiences that will help employees reduce stress, remove anxiety, bring focus and clarity to the mind, and help alleviate any obstacles employees face at work.
Our goals have always been:
Most sessions are led by Dan Globus. He is the lead Corporate Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Director of INSCAPE. However, we utilize other instructors depending upon clients’ needs, location, and time zone. As Dan has the most experience teaching in corporate environments, he is best suited for the sessions we offer to corporations.
Dan started meditating several decades ago and was originally professionally trained by a Tibetan Buddhist Monk in Mindfulness, Vipassana, and traditional Tibetan Buddhist Meditation techniques. He has coupled his original training with additional training in Mindfulness to provide a style of Meditation to corporations that is both highly effective and very unique.
Each class/session includes a few components with a guided Meditation as the focal point. In almost all sessions, we include the following:
In individual (one-time) sessions, employees experience a calming of the mind and body. They let go of stress and anxiety. They feel completely relaxed, focused, and rejuvenated.
When employees participate in regular Mindfulness Meditation sessions, they experience and achieve:

Virtual meditation sessions and virtual yoga sessions do share some similarities; they both encourage relaxation and stress reduction, but their primary focus sets them apart.
In virtual meditation sessions, the emphasis is on calming the mind, developing mindfulness, and encouraging emotional balance. Participants are usually guided through breathing techniques, visualization, and guided imagery, all designed to help quiet mental chatter and bring attention to the present moment. You don’t need any special equipment or extra space, just a comfortable chair or a quiet spot. These sessions are accessible to anyone, regardless of fitness level or experience, and there’s no physical exertion required.
Virtual yoga sessions, on the other hand, combine both physical movement and mindful awareness. A typical yoga practice will include a series of postures (asanas) and stretches to strengthen and stretch the body, paired with breathwork and moments of stillness. While yoga also offers benefits for reducing stress and improving focus, it’s more physically active and generally requires a yoga mat or open space for the movements.
Both can complement each other wonderfully; meditation for mental clarity and relaxation, yoga for both mind and body health. But they serve distinct purposes. Meditation classes are focused on training the mind and soothing the nervous system, while yoga brings together physical, mental, and sometimes spiritual practices for overall well-being.
