What Is INSCAPE?

INSCAPE, formerly known as Meditation House, specializes in providing mindfulness meditation sessions and programs to companies via Zoom, Teams, and Meet.

INSCAPE’s Background

INSCAPE, formerly known as Meditation House, specializes in delivering Mindfulness Meditation sessions and programs tailored for corporations and organizations. Led by Dan Globus, our Director and Lead Mindfulness Meditation Instructor, we have helped countless teams enhance focus, reduce stress, and cultivate workplace well-being.

Following the COVID pandemic, Meditation House transitioned from an in-person service provider to a fully virtual platform, offering live mindfulness meditation sessions via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. Our sessions are available in 15, 30, 45, and 60-minute formats, while our long-term programs typically span six to twelve months to support lasting results.

In 2026, Meditation House started its transition into INSCAPE. INSCAPE continues to offer all of the services that Meditation House previously offered and has added new services to provide far greater support to companies and employees via new virtual mindfulness meditation services that have not been offered before.

In addition to live sessions, we offer daily mindfulness meditation classes for employees and a custom-built app designed to meet the unique needs of companies and their teams, providing accessible, ongoing support for mindfulness and mental well-being in the workplace.

What do our classes/sessions include?

Each session typically includes a body scan, breathing exercises, setting an intention, and a guided Meditation. Most companies contact us for a general guided Meditation to address stress and anxiety. However, some companies have specific themes/topics including:

The Meditation House Difference

What Sets INSCAPE Apart?

Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, employees have been experiencing much higher levels of stress and anxiety than at any other time in modern history. The Mindfulness Meditations offered by INSCAPE are effective and proven tools that help employees reduce stress, remove anxiety, and address many of the challenges that employees are facing. “Many employees have expressed to us just how meaningful our sessions are and how they have helped them during some of their most difficult times”.

INSCAPE’s primary goal is to teach employees how to utilize Mindfulness and Meditation so that they can have calm and focused minds and bodies. By attending regular sessions, employees find that they are much calmer, more relaxed, more focused, more productive, and happier in both their work and personal lives. INSCAPE helps employees to work better with fellow employees. Employees become more compassionate, empathetic, and supportive of their fellow employees. Employees who attend INSCAPE’s sessions become much happier people.

Who is Dan Globus?

Dan is the director of INSCAPE. Dan did his first Meditation five decades ago (you would never guess this after meeting him). And it was well over a decade ago that he met and was taught by an ordained Tibetan Buddhist Monk in three different Meditation methods: Mindfulness, Vipassana, and traditional Tibetan Buddhist Meditation techniques.

Dan’s approach to teaching Meditation to corporations is a little different from the “Mindfulness” classes that are being offered by other Mindfulness instructors. Dan has taken his training in Tibetan Buddhist Meditation, Vipassana, and Mindfulness meditation techniques and created classes and programs that corporations are responding very positively to. These are completely non-religious classes that still make use of traditional Meditations and techniques to help employees address both business and personal issues.

“Our Meditation programs help employees to address various challenges they face in work including learning how to accept criticism and rejection, learning how to quiet the mind and focus all attention on clients and within meetings, how to relax before big meetings and presentations, how to build confidence, and how to quiet the overactive mind when it’s time to sleep so that they can sleep deeply and wake up well-rested. People feel very focused after our meditations and feel like they get much more work done when they return to their desks. Employees feel creative, productive, and very relaxed after our Meditations.”

“We are constantly trying new techniques and offering new approaches so that we can offer different programs to different types of corporations. In addition to offering Live virtual classes, we make content available via password-protected archives that employees can readily access. This includes guided Meditations, information on how to address various challenges, recommended reading, and more”.

Some of the many benefits of mindfulness includes stress reduction, enhanced job satisfaction, and increased performance.
